Effective Date: October 27, 2026 • Published by Gaara APIs
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account via Google OAuth, generating a master key, or executing endpoints provided by Gaara APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue using our gateway immediately.
2. API Credentials & Key Rotation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master API key (Gaara_Api_*). You may not share, sell, or publicly commit credentials to open code repositories. If a key is suspected of being compromised, immediately use the dashboard key rotation feature to revoke it.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Gaara APIs to:
- Attempt to bypass gateway rate limits or quota controls through unauthorized key forgery.
- Perform denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or malicious automated fuzzing against our edge servers.
- Harvest or scrape third-party personal data in violation of regional privacy statutes.
- Distribute malware, spam, or abusive network traffic.
4. Quotas, Rates & Billing
Each account is allocated a request quota based on its active plan tier. Requests exceeding plan limits receive HTTP 429 status responses. Free Trial accounts receive 500 requests auto-expiring in 7 days. Paid plans renew on the established billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gaara APIs is provided "as is" and "as available". While Gaara APIs strives for continuous high availability, we shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from upstream scraper target website changes or network interruptions.
